Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
- Create engaging captions using AI tools
- Edit short videos using CapCut and similar software
- Create and optimize content for different platforms
- Maintain a monthly content calendar
- Upload videos to YouTube with proper titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Research and create content on trending topics for U.S. businesses
- Monitor comments and audience engagement
Must Have
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Experience managing professional social media pages
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours
- Ability to quickly learn new AI tools
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B companies
- Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
- Knowledge of AI-generated video tools
- Basic Photoshop or Illustrator skills
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology companies
