We start with a written audit of what you have: version, modules, code quality, data integrity, server health. Then a plan with options and costs. You can take that plan to anyone.

Odoo 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18 brought up to 19, with your custom code ported and tested first.

How long does an implementation take?
A focused rollout of Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting for one company is normally measured in weeks rather than months. Manufacturing, payroll and heavy customisation extend it. You get a phase-by-phase timeline with the proposal, before you commit to anything.
What does it cost?
We do not publish a price list, because we have never seen two businesses with the same scope. Implementation is quoted against what discovery finds, Odoo Enterprise licences are billed by Odoo per user, and ongoing support is quoted the same way. You get the number before any work starts.
Do we own the custom code?
Yes. Custom modules we write for you are delivered as source, documented, and yours to keep or hand to another developer.
Community or Enterprise?
Community is free and capable; Enterprise adds accounting reports, Studio, mobile and official support, and is usually worth it once finance is in scope. We will show you the specific features you would be giving up.
What happens if we outgrow you?
Standard Odoo, standard code, full documentation and your own credentials mean you can move to any partner without a rebuild. We would rather earn the renewal than lock the door.
