Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Who we are
TechnoTech Solutions Pvt Ltd is the data controller for this website. Our address and contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message you type into it. Nothing is collected from that form unless you submit it.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address, the pages you requested, the time of the request and your browser's user agent. These are ordinary server records, not a tracking profile.
The site sets a session cookie so pages work correctly. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
Where it goes
Contact form submissions are stored in our own Odoo CRM system, which runs on a server we control and administer. They are not sold, rented or passed to advertisers.
Two third parties are involved in serving the site. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Our server is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.
If we need a subcontractor for a specific project you have engaged us on, we tell you who and why before anything is shared.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our CRM for as long as there is a live business relationship or a realistic prospect of one, and are reviewed periodically after that. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@technotechsolutions.net and we will respond.
If you are contacting us from a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the GDPR in the European Union, tell us and we will handle your request under those rules.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
